A passenger ship named Eastern Star carrying more than 450 people capsized after being caught in a tornado in Hubei section of the Yangtze River on June 2, causing China’s worst shipwreck in more than 60 years.

All the passengers aboard, on a sightseeing trip from Nanjing to Chongqing, died except the captain and chief engineer. The ship’s safety was under scrutiny but no one has been convicted of wrongdoing so far.
