7. Anti-China riot in Vietnam

Large scale of anti-China riots erupted in Vietnam in May when the two nations were locked in an oil rig dispute in the South China Sea.

During the deadly riots in central and southern Vietnam, at least four Chinese citizens were killed and over 100 Chinese companies were burnt and damaged.

Sino-US.com reporter dug deep into Vietnam’s Mong Cai, Hai Phong, Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City to unravel the life of Chinese nationals during the unrest.
