During his two-day stay in the Sunshine State of Florida, Xi is scheduled to hold talks with Trump in the Mar-a-Lago resort, which Trump calls "the Southern White House," to exchange views on bilateral ties and major regional and global issues of common concern.
During a trip from Washington to West Palm Beach on Air Force One, Trump told a group of reporters that North Korea issue and trade would be major topics for the meeting with Xi.
He said China should be “stepping up” on North Korea issue, and US had made “terrible deals with China for many years.”
“That’s one of the things we are going to be talking about,” he said.
