China to optimize foreign investment environment-Premier Li
The Chinese government will optimize its foreign investment environment with great effort, and provide more access for foreign funds, said Premier Li Keqiang on Sunday.

“Market access in the service, manufacturing and mining sectors would be further relaxed toward foreign investment,” said Li in the government work report released on the opening ceremony of the National People's Congress.

Foreign-invested enterprises would gain government support to list, issue bonds in domestic markets and be included in national scientific and technological projects, Li said, adding the government would treat foreign and domestic companies equally concerning credential license, standard setting and government procurement.

“The gate for China to open up to the outside world would be bigger and bigger, which will definitely continue to make sure (China) as the most attractive destination for foreign investment,” Li said.
