Tibetan seal is a special treasure from the seal archives of China that combines history, characters, politics and religion into its variable scriptures, patterns and materials. Having a secular seal, one can become the ruler of a region; getting a religious seal, one becomes a leader of a sect.

In theocracy areas of Tibet, one gets control over local churches and state power after getting the seal, while authorities must follow the testimony of the central dynasty, adhering to the will of the emperor, in their governance.
